No Products in the Cart
In the event that an order has to be returned please contact the Store at 068-49119 or alternatively you can email email@example.com. Please quote your name, address, and order number on any correspondence relating to returns.
When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling-off period, and we will ensure that your account is credited by the original amount within the following 30 days.
If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
All items returned must be in their original condition for example Electrical items that contain a security seal can only be returned if the security seal has not been tampered with.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is a result of our error. If you have spent more than €50 we have absorbed the delivery cost, should you return these goods you are liable for the cost of returning them unless it is as a result of an error on our behalf (e.g. faulty product or incorrectly shipped).
Until we have received the returned product in its original condition you will be charged for any replacement products (including delivery).
Should we agree to provide you with a refund we will credit your account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
